A Flooring Contractor That Starts With the Concrete
Most flooring contractors work on top of whatever floor is already there. We're different — we're a concrete contractor first, so we handle the floor itself and the finish that goes on it. That covers pouring a new garage or shop slab from scratch, and coating existing concrete with a hard, glossy epoxy or polyaspartic surface that resists stains, hot tires, salt, and chips.
This matters more than it sounds. A coating rolled over a bad slab peels and bubbles no matter how good the product is. Because we pour floors, we know how to read one — where it's likely to move, whether it has a moisture problem, and what has to happen before a finish will actually bond and last. If the concrete needs repair or replacement before it's ready, we do that too. One call covers the pour, the prep, and the coating instead of three separate companies.
One Crew, Our Own Equipment
We're locally owned and run our own trucks and equipment out of Belleville. On flooring work that means the grinder, the crack repair, the slab pour if it's needed, and the coating are all handled by the same crew — no subcontractors, no waiting on an outside hauler if an old floor has to come out first.
It also means honest scope. If your existing floor is sound and just needs prep and a coating, that's what we quote. If the slab is failing structurally and a coating would only seal in the problem, we'll tell you straight and price the pour. Either way it's our work start to finish.
The Kind of Floors We Handle
Our flooring work centers on concrete surfaces that take real punishment — garages, shops, warehouses, basements, and outdoor concrete like patios and pool decks. For most of those, the choice is between a fresh slab, a durable coating, or both. Below are the specific services, each with its own page.
Services We Offer as a Flooring Contractor
Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Coatings High-gloss, seamless coatings for garage, shop, basement, and commercial floors. We diamond-grind and repair the slab first, then apply epoxy, polyaspartic, or a combination with an optional decorative flake finish.
Garage & Shop Floor Concrete New garage and shop floor slabs poured to the right thickness and reinforcement for vehicles and equipment, finished flat so they drain and don't crack.
Concrete Slabs & Pads Slabs for outbuildings, equipment, and additions — sized and reinforced for the load and poured level, ready to be coated if you want a finished surface.
