Where We Work
We're based out of 107 N. Main Street in Freeburg, Illinois, and we run concrete work across the Metro East. Our service area reaches from the Illinois side of the St. Louis metro corridor out through St. Clair and Madison counties and into the surrounding region.
If you're near I-64, Highway 50, or anywhere in the southwest Illinois corridor, you're in our range. We've been doing this for 20 years, and the work we do in Belleville, O'Fallon, and Edwardsville comes from the same crew and the same equipment we use right here in Freeburg. No subcontracting out to whoever picks up the phone. We run our own trucks.
That matters because we're not coordinating between offices. One crew, start to finish. You talk to the same people from the estimate through the final pour. That's how we've kept work coming in from three counties for two decades.

- St. Clair County - Our home county. Freeburg sits here, and we do heavy volume across the county in residential driveways, flatwork, pool construction, and commercial pads.
- Madison County - Active service area covering Edwardsville and the communities north of I-270. Growing residential and light commercial market we know well.

Our Concrete and Excavation Coverage Across the Region
We do more than pour concrete. We handle the full scope - in-house excavation and demolition, full tear-out and haul-away, base prep, and the finished flatwork or pool shell. Because we run our own dump trucks and equipment, we're not waiting on a separate hauling crew or marking up a subcontractor. We control quality from the base up.
For residential work, that usually means driveway replacement, garage floors, sidewalks, patios, stamped and decorative concrete, and inground pool construction. We build gunite pools. The same contractor who pours your driveway can build your pool. That's not common, and it saves you the headache of managing separate contracts and separate crews on your property.
For light commercial, we handle concrete pads, loading areas, and site flatwork across the industrial and commercial zones in both counties. If you're near the rail and highway corridors in western St. Clair County or working on a facility in Madison County, we've done that kind of work before.
Illinois freeze-thaw cycles hit concrete hard. Soils in this part of the state shift. We account for that in how we prep the base, grade for drainage, and finish the surface. A properly drained base isn't an upsell - it's the difference between concrete that lasts 30 years and concrete that starts cracking after the third winter.
